Whether you have a tennis elbow or low back pain you will likely benefit from some type of exercise program. Exercise in its many varieties is fundamental to reduce pain, and improve mobility, strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and power.

Your physiotherapist will determine what exercises are appropriate for your current problem, and at what level they should be performed.

Exercises are often at the ‘core’ of a rehabilitation program, and you may be asked to include these exercises as part of your home rehabilitation program.
